Hyatt: They are having 7,597 subscribers on YouTube. 
Their presence on YouTube shows that they are active on this social media site too. It shows that they have posted videos 4 days ago recently. There is lot of information a customer can gain from, by watching these videos. They are spreading the message of “It’s good to be home” through these videos.

They make their customers to feel like home by providing them homely environment which is best suited for relaxation. 
This channel is far much better from other channels because anyone can feel the ambience through creative and natural videos. They are using 50/50 strategy because they are showcasing them in the competition.
The above picture shows that their videos are getting lot of views such as 409,344 views in one of the videos.
Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts: They are not very active on YouTube and this can interpreted from their YouTube page. There are only six subscribers which is a very shocking number. This shows that they are not proving their customers a visual representation of their premises. They are some videos which shows destination wedding. One of the video shows that they are green certified which ultimately shows that they are socially responsible towards society also. They can prove themselves better if they become more active on this channel. They are not using the strategy of 50/50 here because they are just showing their little glance on YouTube by having few videos on this channel
