the Hilton hotels campaign named "vacations for ill workers" which is prove to very useful and helpful for their workers as you can see in the picture there is a worker asked who is really sick ad in need of holiday from his job, so Hilton hotels are going to start this campaign from June and they will show this campaign on all the Hilton's social media sites. even that the website called " Hilton urgent vacation center" whrer they can get their vacations on the spot even not only for the ill workers, they can also get their vacations on occasions also which is very good thing of Hilton hotels that they also take care of their workers and they really important for them also.
Marriott hotels
Their campaign named as “to encourage tips for maid” is very helpful and for their maids. the name of the person who cleans the room will be written on the envelop along with a message They are treating their customers as they are at home. They feel homely as they are providing them with all the facilities with the best service. this campaign is started by Marriott very soon which is huge help fr maids because unlike waitresses who earn less than minimum wage because tips are expected to raise their earnings, hotel housekeepers are paid minimum wages, and in expensive markets, sustainability more. they are making good use of this campaign and doing very well for their staff
