Hyatt: Their campaign named as “It’s good to be home” is very successful and their target audience are those people which are having busy life. They are treating their customers as they are at home. They feel homely as they are providing them with all the facilities such as gym, room service and full comfort.

It is one of the largest campaign that they have promoted and started back. In this busy lifestyle, people want to take rest, so they want to spend their spare time while relaxing in that free time. The hotel has started this campaign especially for those people who are normally very busy in their life and do not get time to spend at home. They are making good use of the meduim to spread this lovely message around the globe.

This campaign is named as World Kidney Day, in which their main focus is to create awareness among people about the speciality of kidneys as well as their importance in our lives. They wanted that people should be aware about different problems regarding and other related diseases. This is a very good medium to spread message and interact with customers by doing a face to face communication. It will create a good public image in the mind of customers and it can be called as positioning your brand as a healthy as well as caring brand. It shows that the business is not only concerned with profit but more about the health of their customers.
