They post about their new innovations and new services offered so to create a sense of creativity among customers. They mostly talk about new designs. It is a good idea to post about up coming projects so that they can know about customers’s taste in advance and make if any changes required. This will also help their financials and less wastage on experiments. They use their posts to promote about their loyalty programs such as Gold passport. So they are using it for promotions hence a good use of Facebook as a promotional tool. They introduces their idea of destination wedding on Facebook and more pictures to give a clear picture of the idea.

Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts: They also post frequently but not as that of Hyatt Hotels. They also post about recent posts and events especially about the new items introduced in food section. They also provide direct booking options in the posts which is much better idea to provide a chance to customers to directly book. They post about vacations such as Ski Vacation in Whistler. They are not using 50/50 strategy as they are more focusing on their own benefits. The number of people who liked their page is 34,148. They are mainly attracting business people so increase more business visits. They wanted to position their brand and hotel’s name as a business loved brand.
